Information we receive
If you contact us, we may receive your name, work email address, company, the products or services you are enquiring about and any information you choose to include in your message. The website form opens an email draft on your device; it does not submit the form into a separate Cateena website database.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether our services may be suitable, discuss a potential or current business relationship, maintain relevant records and protect our legitimate business interests. We may also use information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
Who receives it
Information may be handled by authorised Cateena personnel and by service providers that support email, website hosting and business administration. We do not sell personal information. If a proposed product route requires a specialist or logistics partner, relevant information will only be shared where there is a legitimate reason and an appropriate basis to do so.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably required for the enquiry, business relationship, record-keeping or legal purpose involved. We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect the information we hold.
