UK operations
Warehousing and fulfilment that stays connected to the sales plan.
Cateena receives, stores, prepares, picks and packs stock for marketplace and ecommerce routes. The aim is straightforward: keep the physical operation aligned with what is listed, promoted and promised to customers.
What the work can include
Storage and inventory visibility
Product preparation and bundling
Pick, pack and dispatch coordination
01
A clear handover from supplier to available stock
Incoming stock is checked against the expected product and pack information before it enters the operating flow. Discrepancies can then be raised while the source information is still available, rather than appearing later as listing or fulfilment problems.
02
Preparation matched to the channel
Different routes may require different labelling, pack presentation, bundles or dispatch preparation. We agree those requirements before work begins and keep the finished unit connected to the correct SKU and channel record.
- Retail and marketplace preparation
- Multipacks and product bundles
- Labelling against agreed requirements
- Stock and dispatch exception reporting
03
Availability is an operational outcome
Good marketplace availability depends on dependable receipts, accurate stock records and realistic replenishment timing. Connecting the warehouse view to marketplace activity makes those dependencies easier to manage.
